HLVM Status Updates

• August 1, 2006 - release 0.2 is about 75% complete.
• June 30, 2006 - released 0.1, HLVM on its way to being a full procedural language.
• May 25, 2006 - implemented xml2xml and a test suite for testing AST construction
• April 25, 2006 - basic web and svn framework completed so team can get work done.
